Our 14 year old daughter had an appointment with Debra Mcacovery. We have car troubles and had to pick her up from school asking a friend which is gas money we don’t have. Our daughter today was early by 10 minutes, getting in the visit at 3:20 when the appointment was at 3:30. At 4:05 after many attempts to call them and left voicemails, no call back. Very unprofessional. I did file a grievance. My daughter deserves better than to be treated like this.
