Anita April and Hailey are very nice and listening to me even when I'm having breakdowns at appointments thank u for being there for me.
This place absolutely sucks they don’t answer the phones during business hours and it takes Managment forever to get back with you regarding issues with case management
I only have experience with one case manager, Lexi. She was inexperienced and lacked judgment. I think Hope Network needs to do a better job vetting and training their case managers.
Hope network has caring individuals that tread through the red tape and find the resources available for their people served
