The overall review deserves to be lower than 2 because of how awful this service is. They do nothing to help, there’s poor communication, and the workers are super rude to their customers. I feel horrible now, because I desperately needed help and I got nothing from them at all. I also feel terrible for the other people that have to go through this. I do NOT recommend this place AT ALL! We deserve better than this…
My experience with this place aligns with all of the other 1 star reviews. Unprofessional, unhelpful, & unethical in many ways. Laurel, a case manager, made several rude and belittling comments to me in my requests for help. Even when I had enough and chose to walk away, I was mocked by her while walking out the door. This is not just unprofessional, but deeply unethical for staff in a setting that claims to offer great mental health services.
Money grab. The only take state health insurance for a reason. Because no one would ever keep going to this place if they had to pay a dime out of pocket. Terrible treatment. Not acoomidating at all nor do they care to be all they know how to do is sit around and bill insurance for doing nothing
