Best massage ive ever had. I got a deep tissue massage, and Katie is the only massage therapist ive seen who actually used enough pressure to work out the kinks in my back. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and comfortable. Im definitely going back here for my next massage. 10/10 would recommend.
I went today for Reiki it was amazing. It was my first time and Katie explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I will absolutely return for many more rounds. I have been prior for massages with Katie as well and I have never been disappointed!! Katie is absolutely the best!

Katie is amazing. She provides the most welcoming and calming environment. She applies the perfect amount of pressure and really tries to work the tightness and knots out. She made my first time so peaceful. I felt comfortable right away. This doesn’t happen easily nor often. Truly a gem in Grinnell.
