10/10 would recommend. I went to see Paul and Liz about my sore back. I hurt my back while in the gym, bad enough I had to miss a few days of work because I couldn't walk. Paul treated me with dry needling and even after the first session my back felt so much better. After 3-4 weeks of treatment my back was pain free! Liz and Paul both offered great treatment and great advice to lead me on my road to recovery.
Liz is awesome, very caring and keeps it real. My back is so much better having the spinal therapy done too. Thanks Liz !
I would definitely recommend both Paul and Liz. As their name says, they have given me hope. Hope for getting through the woman's change of life period decently and without the years of problems my poor mum had.
