I have been a patient at this clinic for about 5 years. The only real complaint I have is that it's very cold in the rooms. The staff is very professional and friendly. Sometimes the wait can be longer than expected... but that can happen anywhere. If you have little ones make sure they have something to keep them busy. This is a military clinic folks, you have to be prepared to sit a bit. Don't arrive too early, you will not get out any faster. Terrible facility. Doctor is rude and chastising. Waited 3hrs to see the doctor for 3 min. It was freezing in the back waiting room, where my sick child shivered for over an hour. Subpar services here. The doctor appears incompetent but condescending. Go somewhere else!
