My sister had a storage unit at this place and she passed away. So I paid it so I can get my nieces toys and furniture out. I asked them to take my CC off file the past 2 months . They have not. I’m not responsible for anyones unit. They refuse to credit me back and refuse to call me. 3 attempts. This is most inconsiderate, highly unprofessional and fraudulent at this point.
Very unimpressed. They’ve increased my rent 120% in the last 18 months. They also somehow miraculously changed my billing account info, and somehow my bank account number was missing my number. The staff insisted “i MUST have called for them to do that. There’s no way we would change that” After sitting there for 45 minutes while i asked for them to prove to me i called to change my account, they then began to tell me that If i don’t pay my account in full, they would auction my stuff. They sold out to a big company. Not the same place anymore. I sure did love the way it was.
Rude employees. I called to ask if there was a storage auction coming up, the first time I was told June 8th but they were unsure of the time. I had to call about 10 times on multiple days after that to ever get an answer again and even left a voicemail and my call was not returned. I called June 7th at 5:45pm and was told yes it would be at 1:00pm on June 8th. No mention of it being online or ENDING at 1:00pm.
