My mother was here until she passed. The staff was wonderful, you could feel the care coming from them. This isn't an easy job but they did great with momma. They called me anytime something was going on, doctors appointment, her appetite, anything. My hat goes off to them.
The bleakness is so sadding, rooms are like jail cells with a cot...saddest thing I've ever seen
This place has uncertified employees working as certified nursing assistants. If you are considering entrusting this facility hold them accountable for having properly trained staff.
I would like to thank the entire staff at this facility for the love and care that was given to my mother for over 10 years. You took very good care of her and I say publicly "Thank You."
