Dr Monika is the best dr ever.She is very nice and experienced person. The staff is very friendly and helpful.Clinic is very clean. Well organized .
I had a terrible experience with Hope Medicare. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, but the doctor arrived extremely late and didn’t see me until an hour later. I had to miss work and lose pay because of this delay. Dr. Monica was unprofessional—she didn’t listen to any of my concerns and only spoke like it was a one-way conversation. On top of that, my friend went as a walk-in last week and wasn’t seen until 12 PM, despite being told to show up at 9 AM. I do not recommend this hospital at all.
