I had a terrible experience with Hope Medicare. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, but the doctor arrived extremely late and didn’t see me until an hour later. I had to miss work and lose pay because of this delay. Dr. Monica was unprofessional—she didn’t listen to any of my concerns and only spoke like it was a one-way conversation. On top of that, my friend went as a walk-in last week and wasn’t seen until 12 PM, despite being told to show up at 9 AM. I do not recommend this hospital at all.
Super professional staff and best doctors . Thats the only clinic where doctor gives ample time to patients and follow up as well . A big thank you to Dr Monika Khullar for tremendous support and treating with love and care .
Terrible customer service. Long wait times on calls, very rude and unprofessional staff at the front desk, and they also ignore faxes sent by physicians. I’m planning to move to another clinic, as I’ve had very bad experiences with this one.
My review is for the Guy in the reception, been patient with Dr, Monica since 2016 until now but the reception will call me to book for an appointment and book the day that I don’t say. I hope you all understand when we give what day we’re available not change it after one day. We have work and responsibilities we cannot come anytime you like us to come!!!
