I looooove Dr. AB but that wife of his needs a better attitude. I called today (I know they’re closed) got sent to the after hours attendant, it was her. Explained that the sinus infection we thought I had Wednesday is actually Covid. Cause I went to a doc in the box to get all the swabs and that I was gonna see if he could call me something in for the coughing that’s actually gonna help and she was extremely rude and basically said I’ll need to come back Monday!? The nurses at this hope medical center are really rude.That one in particular that checks you in. She has an awful attitude and I will not be going back!! I have reported her and will continue to report her until something is done!!! I don't know if Dr. A which is a wonderful doctor know what's going on with her. I'm sure someone else has already reported her and her awful attitude.
Dr AB is truly the best doctor in Gadsden and surrounding areas!! I have been going to him for many years which says a lot about not just him as a doctor but his entire office staff I have not been able to find a primary care doctor that I continue to go to for well over a decade before I went to his office. He listens to you and gives you as an individual the best care. You definitely don’t feel like you’re just another body coming through and you get the “typical care” as the next person. My husband and I have been patients at Hope Medical for several years. Dr. AB is very knowledgeable and caring and always takes the time to listen to all of my concerns. His nurse is so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
