Very dirty and reception staff have no idea what they are doing
I had appointment at 8.30 am today. I arrived early and had some waiting time on my hands. Sorry, didn't ask the name of the receptionist young lady greeting patients and answering the phone at that time. She is the great asset to the practice as she greeted everyone as if the person in front of her on the phone was her best friend!!! Amazing attitude, she loves people, loves her job and she is doing it with respect and care. Couldn't resist to praise her on my way out.
