Great staff led by Kathy. The facilities are unexpectedly generous.
My Son had a soft dachshund made for me because it's so hard to sleep without my own Buddy. Everybody enjoyed him and he shared breakfast too. It's good to make a smile on someone's face.
"My husband has cancer and we contacted Hope Lodge to inquire about a room for myself, my husband, and our son, who drives us to Vanderbilt Medical for treatment. The lady at Hope Lodge informed us that they only allow the patient and one caregiver per room. I explained that my son is essential because my husband is too tired to drive the long distance and I have vision issues. Great institution, great staff, wonderful people.
Hope Lodge is sponsored by the American Cancer Society, it offer free lodging for cancer patients. People who manage this place are truly Heroes, I stayed there last night with my wife, she's having surgery today at Vanderbilt... I can't begin or find the words to convey my gratitude towards both the lodge and Vanderbilt Cancer Center.
