What a blessing for a cancer patient.
This place was not helpful AT ALL to my wife and her mother while they are up at the Cleveland Clinic for my wife's uncle's cancer surgery/treatment. They didn't have a room reserved for them, and when they addressed them about it, they wouldn't say anything to them other then "There's nothing we can do." You're suppose to be there to be helpful to people who are dealing with very high stressful situations and instead, you act like you could not care less. Nice "hospitality!"
