All the staff that we interacted with were both friendly and helpful! It's a beautiful venue, especially if you're having a wedding! It was a busy weekend there when we stayed and everything seemed to be running smoothly!
Room rates are reasonable, food cost is a little pricey for quality. Staff was great, super friendly and helpful.
WARNING!! The Hope Lake Lodge is in the habit of taking your reservation AND your money and then canceling your reservation because they knowing OVERBOOKED!!!! I booked a room on August 30th through hotels.com and received a confirmation of the stay not only from hotels.com but from Hope Lake Lodge. Then on Sept.21st I received an email that my reservation would not be honored.
