The waterpark is best for kids up to ages 18 mo - 10 years. The outdoor pool and hot tub were a treat, but could be a bit warmer.
Skiing is always great. We've stayed here three years in a row this holiday weekend and its gone down hill every year. First year huge packages that included water park, tubing, and skiing. Now no package at all. Coupled with this year the fire alarm went off two nights in a row for people smoking in the bathroom. No explanation at all. Staff shortages led to multiple things not being open including the kids area called the bears den. No discount on the water park which is the only pool for this hotel. Not worth $48 to use the pool/hot tub after a long day on the mountain. Water park has limited hours but fee was still full cost of an entire day. Not worth it.
