Dr. Hope was absolutely the best doctor I’ve ever had when I met my husband she took on my child and then we had another boy she took him on as well. I have so many memories with Dr. Hope she got me. She understood me. She understood about my mental health my anxiety, my PTSD my mood swings and so on and so on this new doctor, she doesn’t understand I was there couple months ago trying to tell her how I’m feeling crying to her and she did nothing. This needs to be updated, Dr. Hope was a saint. The person that replaced her - you googled it, I'm not even going to say their name - is awful. She asked me to bring cash to the office during a pandemic and insulted me when I asked why there was no electronic payment option. If you have had similar experience, lookup "CPSO complaints" - this Dr. did not come to Hamilton to service the community, she came to service her wallet.
