Not helpful whatsoever. I was given no instruction for care during or aftercare. I had to ask to be referred to a specialist since absolutely no help was given. I even asked if I could get something easier on my stomach than ibuprofen and got nothing. Completely uncompassionate about swelling that was causing nerve pain and had been an ongoing issue for 10 days at the time seen
The most amazing, helpful and caring staff I've ever had. I fully trust the staff with my well-being. Hope Knootz is the best. She listened to me with out judgment. She takes everything in consideration when diagnosing my condition. She is very confident in herself and her job.
