To be honest Hope Inc. isn't helpful and they don't follow up with there members. They are way too strict also.
It is a great place very nice people and good vibes and awesome services from the team :)
I was here for almost a year. They dont keep in contact with you, dont tell you when you have appointments and they are so unorganzied that they dont even know when you haven an appointment either. I've showed up to my appointment being cancelled and them not telling me, so I went to Nogales for no reason. Also they had put this new policy in place that if you were 15 minutes late your appointment would be cancelled, yet when I got there early sometimes I could be waiting there 30 minutes to an hour, They really don't care. ... read more
