I’ve been in therapy before and am skeptical that therapy actually helps HOWEVER Liz’s approach to is one of patience, understanding and kind honesty. She is effective in allowing me to see the big picture and helps me develop a plan to work on and through my issues to get to my healthy and safe place. She is genuine in her therapy approach.
Liz’s compassion and thoughtful approach has changed my life - unlocking my potential in my marriage, as a mom to 2 kids with special needs, and in my own happiness and career.
