This place cannot answer a phone call, and you need to call to be able to do anything - speak to triage, book or cancel an appointment, enquire about services. There’s no other way of contacting them and they ‘don’t take walk-ins’. Over the last two days I’ve called 12 times and got through once. I was also told to cancel my appointment if anything changed as they desperately need them for other people, but after 9 phone calls I’m unable to do so purely because they don’t pick up the phone! Often hand out appointments they can’t actually meet. I.e I had an appointment for 12 but I only got seen ten to 1 absolute joke This happens too often with no explanation or apology

Specific staff here are CID and high ranking officers undercover as qualified clinicians who will sabotage your evidence and case depending on who your attacker was or which agency they work for. This is nothing unique to HH sadly and also prevalent at Bristol Bridge. It’s a scandal. A common trick is to allege your cervix is leaking instead of an assault, or to offer a toiletry bag of complimentary products to destroy all evidence after you’ve submitted all of your labs and evidence in good faith. I have taken my partner to several appointments here now and they have been very helpful each time. The staff are very well mannered and the advice of the consultants has been spot on and helped considerably. Where GPs have failed to solve problems for over a year they solved them in a couple of visits. Also very happy to help with contraception when the GP refused to prescribe the combined pill because of their misunderstanding of migraine contraindications.
