The entire staff was amazing to our loved one and our entire family. We can't thank each and everyone of them enough for the care and compassion they showed us. We could not have gotten through this without their direction. Amazing people for sure.
Wonderful group of professionals. They are so caring and made my loved one at ease with them. Would use them again for hospice care.
April 20 thru 24, 2018. Medically excellent, but claim they've nothing to do w/ the degrading, false cause of death on this patient death certificate as "determined" by doctor who works w/ them. All parties, including doctor, refuse to even discuss it. Doctor never examined, met or treated patient. Working at State level, I find it impossible to amend a non-suspicious cause of death such as this. On 2/13/23, asked if anyone would now help amend certificate. No reply as of 3/7/23.
Special Thank You to Penny, Tricia, Meghan, Karen, and Ashley for the wonderful care, compassion, support, and friendships they showed my dad and our family. I would never have been able to take care of him for as long as I did without your support. Penny was my dad's main nurse. She made a connection with him the first time she visited. She was always honest with him when he asked her questions and for that reason he highly respected her! I highly recommend the team at Hope Hospice. They deserve Ten stars not five!
