Should be reported to the BBB awful communication, It was 🐟 from the beginning. But wanted to give a company that seemed like it was just starting out because of the number of audits they were receiving a chance, don't trust these people especially Hatiem. Even you caregivers get out before it's too late, I was one of their clients. Awful terrible terrible communication, canceled services for me when me and my caregiver found out that the secretary named jasmine called adult protective services, without probable cause making a bunch of stuff up and tried to blame it on kay the other secretary or whatever they or he (their boss haitem) wants to call them. Then when you call them nobody hardly or answers at all which is how I found out they no longer wanted to provide services for me by the way just stopped answering out of the blue then they call the pol... read more
Poor Poor communication, towards me and my caregiver especially when it's important no voicemail or text until they need us to do or sign something. Thank God my caregiver is a family member, not sure where or what condition I would be in if I was depending on a stranger.
