This company is struggling, lack of communication.
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This company had us transfer our hours to them for my mother in law who needs f/t care telling us they could hep. Then they tell us they wont take her case for no good reason!! all AFTER her hours were transferred! This takes days which then delayed getting another company in to care for her, leaving her with no one, I just amazes me that these companies that are in a position to help the most vulnerable people who rely on them are so clueless and careless.
