If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This company had us transfer our hours to them for my mother in law who needs f/t care telling us they could hep. Then they tell us they wont take her case for no good reason!! all AFTER her hours were transferred! This takes days which then delayed getting another company in to care for her, leaving her with no one, I just amazes me that these companies that are in a position to help the most vulnerable people who rely on them are so clueless and careless.

Hope home care is a terrible agency who engages in illegal behavior. I worked for them and became injured on job and reported it to Grace and Luis. They violated PA workman comp rules and regulations and failed to report it to Workman comp. This is illegal criminally and civilly. They then illegally terminated my employment because I was injured on job. Which is also illegal. Under work a comp laws failure to report an injury or carry insurance is punishable by 1 year in jail PER DAY, and $2500 fine PER DAY, they are non com... read more
