Very nice peaceful office with very friendly staff…… but very unprofessional in addressing specific needs of a stage 4 terminally ill individual ( myself) just to acquire 3 simple but major requests: An outpatient referral to hospice ( only an oncologist can make), wound care specialist to help with my management of care to avoid sepsis, and to assist with pain meds ( script already written electronically), but no follow through or help getting it dispensed due to a shortage etc!! This was my first visit with Dr Bajaj. She was very thorough in explaining my issue in layman terms. She was very patient and spent time in explaining and answering all my questions. I never felt rushed, even though I was the last patient. Dr Bajaj even encouraged me to call her if I had any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this great doctor with a comforting human touch!!!!

Cancels appointments and closes office with no notice to patients, all while they only communicate via text so could have sent a mass text and/or email able cousins or cancellations. Also when you call the office, you're required to communicate via text message and can't speak with a person. Lastly, while working to understand medical diagnosis and make an informed decision as a patient, the Doctor was abrupt and interruptive. She is no longer out doctor of choice.
