Great visit! She took the time to answer every one of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel totally at ease. The office was super clean and welcoming, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps.
What a positive experience! From the first phone call I know I had found the right group to work with. They ask the right questions and made sure that I was fully informed about what to expect and what the services would cost. Your first appointment is so thorough as they go through your personal history, a in depth hearing test and then test your cognitivity. The whole staff at Hope Hearing and Tinnitus is wonderful! They are so warm and caring. Dr. Beki is incredible! She took all the time I needed to understand the tests and the results. She listened to all of my scenarios to help make the best choice for my needs. Do not hesitate!
I apologize for this rating. My evaluation was very thorough and pleasant. Dr. Mary was very personal. Unfortunately, I was mislead by the receptionist. On the phone I was told they offered 3 year financing. $275 later I was told they don't offer that financing. If I had known the truth, I wouldn't have wasted $275 for the evaluation. I wouldn't have wasted my time or theirs.
