Kelly is super friendly upon entering Hope Hearing and Tinnitus Center, very relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The show stopper was Dr Lizzy Jackson, she is beyond awesome!!! The amount of time she spent with me before testing, explaining everything, then reviewing the results, explaining what was going on with my hearing loss and then addressing what can and should help to stop the damn ringing in my head, was nothing short of amazing. After years of struggling with severe hearing loss and a constant, debilitating ringing in my ears, I had almost given up hope. For so long, I was told that nothing could be done about my tinnitus. It had led to major depression and and, coupled with my severe hearing degradation, I had withdrawn almost completely from any social activity. I was most impressed by the level of professionalism and detail, both in knowledge, testing, and documentation. I am in the process of determining the best path for myself but will probably decide to proceed with Hope.
Oh my goodness. Perfect name for this Hearing and Tinnitus Center. I left with so much HOPE about my tinnitus and hearing!! Charmaine and Kelly at the front desk were awesome and Dr Beki was incredible!!!
