Hope and Hearing has been absolutely incredible throughout the entire experience. I unfortunately came down with Tinnitus and couldn’t find answers anywhere but here. I had my first followup appointment today with Heather. They have been amazing to work with and have been very attentive in answering all of my questions along the way. I am looking forward to better control over my tinnitus as time goes on.
2 years ago I had an unexplained event causing a loud roar in one ear and some loss of hearing. I tried doctors to no avail and then found Hope. Since getting my devices for tinnitus, I have regained all of hearing loss and the roar is gone. Only a slight ringing which I had before. Very happy with staff and service. Highly recommend!
Everyone was wonderful and so kind and understanding. I LOVE THEM so far. I highly recommend them!!! I can tell a HUGE difference already when I take my treatment aids I have zero ringing, and Heather is one of the best audiologist around!! I had my first after having the treatment aids in an appointment with Heather yesterday, and she was so surprised that I had zero ringing in my hears when I took my aids out to put them on the Charger!!!
