WOW! Best deep tissue massage I needed. Darrien was amazing at listening to what I needed and was so attentive to my problem areas. Will be back regularly! As an athlete and someone who is always active this is the massage my body was craving for! Amazing!

Best massage I’ve ever had!!! If I could rate 10 stars, I would!!! Krista knows the body and knows exactly what it needs. She found and relieved issues that I didn’t know that I had. She then gave me stretches and exercises to help me prevent future issues and strengthen muscles that need to strengthened. Wish I was closer and could see her more often!!!

I arrived with middle back and lower back pain, I was expecting just a message but what I received was much more. First it was explained to me that this was health and wellness not just a normal message; it was explained to me that there would be deep tissue and stretching. The experience was very different than any other messages I have ever received; when I left all my lower back pains and middle back pains were gone.
