I have been a patient at Hope Health for a year or so now. I’ve had to seek urgent cares to get treatment quite often which is no big deal if they’re that booked up. I have waited on referrals to other specialist over 7 or 8 months now. And the most recent more urgent needed referral took 2 weeks to send over and the speciality office that received it was unable to read the paperwork and I had to end up going to the office to pickup the referral packet myself and get it to the specialist.
