She provides a warm, supportive space for mothers navigating the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. She shows up authentically—not just as a therapist, but as a real human who truly understands the ups and downs of motherhood. Her kindness, expertise, and ability to create a judgment-free space make her an invaluable resource for any mother looking for support. I highly recommend her!
Kristina runs a postpartum support group at Westfield library and it was such an amazing community that she cultivated! She guided the conversation but allowed everyone to also have ownership in building the community. So grateful for her!
