I honestly love this place! Out of the last 2 treatment centers I've been to this place actually cares and you can see it! This place has truly helped me to become a better person & work through my trauma without judgement. Staff is wonderful! I can go on and on. It's definitely worth more then 5 stars!! 💜 Thank you for being a part of my life and my recovery! 💜

Some staff were nice but there's a lot of favoritism that goes on in. The classes are honestly not the best, it's mostly everyone goofing off if not sleeping through it. They also allow your roommates to steal stuff. Literally my roommate stole my earbuds, clothes, earrings & shoes. If I complained they said deal with it amongst each other. They also don't give you time to rest, they make you wake up early & go to bed late with little breaks or time to eat. I found Hope and Healing to be a fairly nice place to start my inner healing. However there is this person by the name of Tom, a therapist who was very rigid and unprofessional from the get go. This started as soon as I set foot on the premise. This was referred by Copper Springs in Avondale, where I went to for depression treatment. I pay extreme loyalty for the people there. I would highly recommend Hope and Healing! They provide compassionate, individualized care giving hope for those on their recovery journey. Brian Tousignant and Michael Cunningham go above and beyond to be there to support individuals both seeking treatment and throughout their journey.
