I've been to three different treatment centers, and Hope and Healing is the only one that has truly provided the level of care I needed. They take time to understand my specific needs and have always been there for me throughout my recovery. The staff genuinely care about their clients and create a supportive environment. I especially want to recognize Dakota and Dom. They are two outstanding BHTs who consistently go above and beyond to support clients with compassion, respect, and encouragement. The art director is hot as hell and made me actually wanna go to class!
If I could give negative stars I would ..do not trust the staff here..any of them...always keep in mind your just a pay check and nothing more...came to this place seeking help...was almost attacked by another client and do to me defending myself my discharge is happening...this place had full discloser as to what my issues was they told me they could help and they couldn't....don't buy into the soft voice and the fake caring this place is garbage....wouldn't recommend at all if you can find a better center then this one FAK... read more
I honestly love this place! Out of the last 2 treatment centers I've been to this place actually cares and you can see it! This place has truly helped me to become a better person & work through my trauma without judgement. Staff is wonderful! I can go on and on. It's definitely worth more then 5 stars!! 💜 Thank you for being a part of my life and my recovery! 💜
Some staff were nice but there's a lot of favoritism that goes on in. The classes are honestly not the best, it's mostly everyone goofing off if not sleeping through it. They also allow your roommates to steal stuff. Literally my roommate stole my earbuds, clothes, earrings & shoes. If I complained they said deal with it amongst each other. They also don't give you time to rest, they make you wake up early & go to bed late with little breaks or time to eat.
