I have spent my entire life going to neurologist to neurologist in the STL area. In over 30 years, I have never had a neuro as fantastic as Dr. Sivakumar. She actually listens and doesn't undermine me. She is the first neuro I've had for my migraine disease that I've felt actually has my back. She is always thinking of ways to further increase my quality of life. My family and I are immensely thankful to Dr. Sivakumar. Dr. Dawson and his team are seriously the best. From the second you walk in, you're greeted with a smile at the front desk, and it just sets the tone for the whole visit. His medical assistant makes you feel so comfortable. She's like chatting with someone you’ve known forever. Dr. Dawson is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he’s also just real. Dr. Sivakumar is truly one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She took all of the time to listen closely to my entire history and did not hesitate at all to jump in to get to the bottom of it and get treatments going. Highly recommend!!
I was referred by my primary care last year and since day one, Dr Sivakumar has been an amazing provider. She is attentive, fair, and every appointment is discussing progress and paths to take. At this clinic, you are taken seriously and treated very ethically. The front and nursing staff are so helpful, calm, and caring. I am 69 years and and tried to reschedule due to the weather, roads ice snow conditions. Plus the senior community i live in doesn't maintain the parking lot here. I'm thinking of my safety!! They sure aren't!! I was told by Casey that I would be charged 50 dollars if I rescheduled!!! Really. Lost my business big time!!!
