I am 69 years and and tried to reschedule due to the weather, roads ice snow conditions. Plus the senior community i live in doesn't maintain the parking lot here. I'm thinking of my safety!! They sure aren't!! I was told by Casey that I would be charged 50 dollars if I rescheduled!!! Really. Lost my business big time!!!
Dr. Sivakumar is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She has excellent bedside manner and listens carefully and compassionately to my concerns. It’s been refreshing to have a doctor who helps me find new treatments if one doesn’t work for me instead of shrugging their shoulders. I would recommend her to anyone suffering from chronic headaches or migraines.
Dr. Sivakumar was excellent. She took the time to thoroughly explain what her plan was for my headache relief. She answered all my questions and was sympathetic to my situation and frustration.
listen to me when I say, I trust Dr. Dawson with my life. As someone was diagnosed severe medical PTSD, I don't trust anyone. I've been a patient of his since before he opened his own practice and he's cultivated an amazing team that works with him - even those who answer the after hours line. I've been seeing Dr. Divya Sivakumar for almost a year now. She is hands down the best I have seen. The compassion and the attention she gives to her patients is hands down the best. Her office is quick to respond to any questions. The portal and being able to message her directly is amazing. Options of virtual and in person visits makes it much easier for working patients.
