From the moment we stepped into Hope Haven, we felt completely at ease. Our father was cared for with compassion and dignity. He felt safe, comfortable, and often expressed how thankful he was for the wonderful staff. The home is clean, nicely decorated, and truly feels welcoming. Owner communicated well the reasons for having this type of business; (heartfelt and believes in its purpose). Caregivers are friendly and attentive to the need(s) of patient(s). A clean environment and home-like setting. A trusted environment.

Our family was very concerned as to where we would have to place our sweet, 90 year old mother. We could no longer provide the 24 hour care that she needed. Then, Hope Haven came into our lives and a huge burden was lifted. We immediately felt the kindness and support. The owner and staff at Hope Haven made the move-in process easy and painless. Love Haven Hope for my dad, I can’t say enough about the staff and owner of the company. I feel blessed to have found this place through Next steps 4 Parents. Would recommend both highly.
