Been there for just to have a look and having a coffee with family members. Outside seating area is filty tables dirty and tails never been clean( hair ,cigarette buts, ext) . Can you please swipe outside and wash with water. Was NOT pleasant to seat and drinking coffee and watching all that. Please clean regularly.
I’m currently staying at the hotel I’m pretty disappointed the tv turns on but no channels, and the bathroom well that’s another story there is black hairs in the bathtub which defiantly ain’t mine and the mold that’s in and around the shower is actually next level I’ll add pictures I expected a lot more
This was supposed to be my Birthday Escape but ended up being quite uncomfortable. From lack of communication pre booking to a badly unmaintained building and accommodations this will not be a good review and 2⭐ is possibly better than it deserves. Customer service and support was almost non-existent. I wondered if there is even management on site. Hilarious reading all the Karen reviews here.. expecting the Ritz for $100 bucks a night. Thought I'd give it a go on my biz trip on a budget, no huge expectations then. Bit dodge getting to my room, after thinking I'd need Google translate with front desk staff, but pleasantly surprised to find my room spacious, clean and tidy.
