Prior to arrival, I sent an email to the property specifically confirming that our booking was for a room with 3 queen beds to accommodate our group of 5 guests. The property never replied to this email. Disgusting, unsafe and unhygienic. Avoid at all costs
I always start a review with positivity, so I will say this, this hotel is in a great location and the rooms are amazing, beautiful pool also, however, what’s lacking is customer services. And they advertise a on site cafe open as early as 7am on weekdays, this was not the case. Myself and a couple other guests were huddled around in the lobby discussing, and one patron stated he was “chewed out” by management due to his tv in his room not working. Would I stay here again?
