I stayed here during a busy season for eight nights, paying around $4,000 in total (approximately $400 per night). While I understand higher rates during peak periods, I don’t feel the room condition or overall standards justified the cost. The curtains had visible stains, and because the property does not offer housekeeping, we had to change the bed ourselves. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, so highly disappointed in the service and the room. the bedding had cigarette burns on it, as well as disgusting stuff I couldn’t even tell you what it is, the room was filthy from the floors to the wall, we paid nearly $300 for a 3 bedroom room with a washing machine, but no washing machine at all. when arriving I asked the stuff if we were able to check in early due to the fact of coming off an 8 hour drive, we were told no even though the hotel wasn’t busy. Stayed here in March 2025 and by the end of our stay we were genuinely convinced this place was operating as a halfway house. It certainly gave us one hell of a story—worth reading to the end. Thought it was about time to give a review. To start on a fair note: the staff were not rude to us (contrary to some other reviews), and we actually had some very decent lamb cutlets from the kitchen. Had a meal in the restaurant. Probably the worst steak I’ve ever had. Salad was a few bits of lettuce, tomato and cucumber, looked like zero effort had been put into it. Ordered pepper sauce to go with steak and you needed it to make the steak edible. As soon as meals were served lights got turned out and we were rushed to eat. Overpriced meals that were terrible
Awesome place for kids also! The lady Sam is amazing keeps the place clean and manages most of the jobs around AMAZING LADY!
