I was passing through town with my son and was the rec center would not allow us to use the facilities. It was so disheartening, being a parent sometimes the gym is your only outlet. I literally went into the washroom and cried with him for twenty minutes before I was able to muster up the courage to call Hope Gym and see if maybe they would allow us. Old school type gym with modern equipment, open 24 hours with an awesome owner who gets back to you right away. Located in hope in a plaza just off of the highway. Dumbbells over 140 for people starting off.
Steven was quick to respond and get me sorted. Nice prices too!
