I love that the company is Black owned!! It is very conveniently located to my home, which is a plus. The classes are very low stress and fun. From the moment I walked through the door it was good vibes and everyone was extremely welcoming. The bungee class is an awesome low-impact, and moderate intensity workout! I will definitely be returning.
The class was sooo much fun! Sarahi was so friendly and did great showing us how to fly! I’ll be back
