The worst customer service experience ever. The female receptionist was in a hurry to hang up the call.

진료 끝나고 체크아웃하라고 해서 수납창구로 갔는데, 세상에 아무도 저를 거들떠보지도 않더라고요. 한 남성은 전화하고 있었으니까 그렇다 쳐도, 나머지 직원들은 뭐 하시는 건지… 한 분은 고개만 푹 숙이고 나몰라라 하고 있고, 다른 분은 컴퓨터 앞에도 안 앉고 벽 뒤에 숨어 있는 것처럼 있고. 환자가 앞에 서 있으면 “잠시만요” 한마디라도 해야 하는 거 아닌가요? 결국 있다가 전화 끝난 남자 직원분이 도와주셨습니다. 너무 불친절한 거 아닌가요?
They made me pay more than you need to pay via insurance for any treatment including annual checkup. I have a great insurance for years and never saw a place to made me pay money for the labs. I am not the one went through this now, and not surprised that people are going place anymore. When I made a phone call to ask about the payment, the staff was not well educated and didn't really care my concern and questions. Stay away from this clinic.
