They keep changing providers, so you never have the same doctor for long. I can never get in contact with anybody in the office im always having to leave a message that they never respond to. No one ever answered the phone. They don’t follow up like they Supposed to. They neglect and overlook their patients constantly. If you want someone who cares about your health, please go find a better doctors office.
I have been coming to this office for a few years. The front desk employee is extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. Walking in she never made eye contact, stared at the screen, you couldn't tell if she was speaking with you or something else. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Shank for over 20yrs. Super Dr. Not enough kind words to describe him. Hats off to him, Tammy and Denice. They are 10++. Remainder of staff maybe a 2. Phone system is terrible. Person taking appointments put me on hold. Phone rolled over to automated mode. Best I could get was voice mail. Said would call back. Never returned call. Dr. Shank is great, he's been my PCP for 20 years. Tammie is great, friendly and efficient. But the rest of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Phone system is terrible. If I leave Hope Medical ( and we've strongly considered it) it will be because of lack of efficiency of most of the support staff. I give Dr. Shank and Tammie 5+ stars, but the support staff and phone system 2 stars.
Always friendly doctors There care about you staff are very sweet and kind I’ve never had a bad experience.
