Moving to Hope I asked around to find a good dentist Many people said don't go to Hope family Dental. I phoned the only other dentist in Hope Dr Lee. He was booked for the next month. Unfortunately I went to Hope family dental. After a front filling fell out for the second time I had to go to Abbotsford to get it repaired properly. Dr Lee was booked up.Almost every filling she put in had to be redone.

This Dentist milks you for everything you have. I'm on Disability and work and still can't afford her services. Even after my disability insurance covers a portion of her work, I'm left owing hundreds of dollars more and she won't accept payment plans. I have a broken tooth with exposed nerves and she'd rather allow a patient to stay in pain and be exposed to infection because she must have the bill paid in full right away. She's more about the dollar than she is about her patients. I won't be coming here again.
I have 2 overlapping dental plans - yet still I had to pay for extra cleaning at the end of the year because they said I should come in every 3 months - and honestly, I’ve been told I have pretty good teeth. So after paying the end of the year fees, I changed to attending every 6 months. The office staff said in order to stop the over-charging they would start asking the plan for dental estimates….so then I received a copy from my Plan of an estimate they submitted for an upcoming appt. that was scheduled for 4 months away……... read more
