This Dentist milks you for everything you have. I'm on Disability and work and still can't afford her services. Even after my disability insurance covers a portion of her work, I'm left owing hundreds of dollars more and she won't accept payment plans. I have a broken tooth with exposed nerves and she'd rather allow a patient to stay in pain and be exposed to infection because she must have the bill paid in full right away. She's more about the dollar than she is about her patients. I won't be coming here again.
I have 2 overlapping dental plans - yet still I had to pay for extra cleaning at the end of the year because they said I should come in every 3 months - and honestly, I’ve been told I have pretty good teeth. So after paying the end of the year fees, I changed to attending every 6 months. The office staff said in order to stop the over-charging they would start asking the plan for dental estimates….so then I received a copy from my Plan of an estimate they submitted for an upcoming appt. that was scheduled for 4 months away……... read more
Sorry to say most of the fillings dr Monty put in have fallen out. Some for the third time. She said they would keep falling out because i am chewing on them. I asked her what to do to keep this filling from falling out she said to put a bridge in there she thought. Went to see another dentist they said no problem they put a new cap on it. Had them checked by a Chilliwack dentist who said they were decaying from under the fillings she put in. One pinhole cavity eventually had to have a root cannel and a new tooth...over 1000... read more
