I had an injury from a tablesaw accident. Hope ER staff were wonderful. Due to the extent of my injury, the ER doctor made the recommendation to a hand specialist in Houston. He connected me with the specialist. I had hand surgery the next day and am on my way to complete recovery. It has been a long road to recovery, but I credit Hope ER with making the best medical decision by referring me to the specialist. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for caring for me.
Robert was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of! The customer service at this ER is stupendous! Best ER in the area!
Had to bring my son on 4th of July to Hope Er... I had previously taken him to Hope Urgent Care but this time I knew he needed an IV. He was seen immediately & we were treated with respect & care which was a welcomed change from a visit to an ER I won't mention where my daughter was forgotten for 8 hours... Hope Er has a wonderful staff from front desk, nurses & doctor. I hope we don't have to seek emergency care again, but if we do we are going to Hope.
