took a family member here for issues with keeping food and liquids down, and within an hour they experienced a nurse encouraging disordered eating when saying that 30 lbs were lost this month, attitude from the doctor when expressing that pills can’t be taken because they cannot keep anything down, refusal to let them leave, and when their voice was raised the doctor screamed back, and called the police.
Took my son in at 3am with severe pain from kidney stones. The front desk lady failed to tell us they didn’t accept his insurance. We were stuck with a $1600 bill. In addition to that she told us she was a nurse. She started an iv and totally missed the vein. The iv infiltrated, causing pain and swelling in his arm. Go to a real er
They've always been fast, efficient, and understanding - even when a person is to sick to make small talk and be nice
I had an injury from a tablesaw accident. Hope ER staff were wonderful. Due to the extent of my injury, the ER doctor made the recommendation to a hand specialist in Houston. He connected me with the specialist. I had hand surgery the next day and am on my way to complete recovery. It has been a long road to recovery, but I credit Hope ER with making the best medical decision by referring me to the specialist. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for caring for me.
