We needed transportation for my Mom and Step-dad to a doctor's appointment. Twenty-one miles one way, total 42 miles in under 2 hours. The trip over was okay but the return trip was the worst. The employees could not get Mom back up 3 steps, left her sitting outside in 58 degree weather, which at 91 years old, she was cold. This employee of Hope EMS doesn’t believe you are worth saving if you vote against her on election day. Ive done some digging and this is the company she works for. Absolutely Wonderful Staff!!!
I hate every month I call them to pay my account. No one there to take payment I call everyday for half the month. I finally get someone.. I mail it they do not deduct my payments.
They transported my Mom to Nashville after she had been stabilized following her heart attack. Yes, they do bill because it's not a free service, but they guys were very nice and made her feel safe and secure. Better to pay for an ambulance than a funeral!
