The reason I am giving only two stars is due to the front desk staff. Their behavior is consistently unprofessional and lacks the level of respect that patients deserve. I was especially concerned by the way they spoke not just about one, but about different patients. They communicated in both English and Spanish, and I understand both languages. Rude customer service, it used to be good . Not anymore. There is a black hair lady (now is pink) that give the medicine bags , I guess she’s new I never see her before but she’s very rude and have really nasty attitude . I’m very grateful with the help but it doesn’t mean that she have the right to treat people like that!!!

My only complaint about this office is the staff upfront, a girl named lourdez and a tall light dark skin girl. They need to respect patients and speak to them in a better tone. They are always mad and talking loud. Very rude, there manager needs to speak with them and find other people to work there.

Those ladies are rude and need to learn how to respect people as a nurse hearing them talking not only about one patient but three is crazy.
