While traveling with my daughter, the tire pressure light illuminated. I stopped at Discount Tire in Texarkana. Upon inspection, metal was discovered in three areas of one tire. The technicians efficiently repaired the tire, enabling me to continue my journey promptly. I appreciate the expedient service provided.
We got off to a rocky start with my visit here but I will say that they have taken the time to correct any and all mistakes and have remained patient with me during the duration of repairs . I had two used tires put on . Somehow one of the doors got left open and drained the battery. They have gone above and beyond using a jump box and taking the time the last hour to try and get my car to start. It’s unfortunate since I just replaced the battery and cables .
