Dr Ugbarugba is a polite and dedicated surgeon who prides himself on doing the best possible for his patients.
This office doesn’t answer their phone and they don’t return the calls, if you leave a message. I would not recommend this office or Dr.
I received a text stating a bill went to collections after 1.5 years. I tried calling to tell them they were supposed to resubmit to insurance, but they did not answer after several calls.
Dr. Aruba saved my life. He gave me answers when no one else did. No matter what services I needed, he has always been there for both me and my family. Thank you Dr. Aruba...for everything. Q.
Doctor U has no bedside manners. We were in the waiting area longer than in his office, literally less than 5 min. What was the point? We were then given a referral to a local hospital that didn’t accept our insurance. I called to see if maybe I can get a referral to another hospital that takes my insurance but Front desk doesn’t answer the phones and when they finally do they say they’d call me back. It’s been 2 wks and I’ve yet to hear back…
