While I loved my last therapist here, I had to discontinue due to lack of funding and insurance issues. My 1 star is due to their made up policies that they claim are laws that I have never heard of in my life. Went to get a letter for gender affirming care and because at the time I didn't have exact names or the clinic they would not write a general letter and tried to claim it was the law.
