I love the employees. Great customer service. Fast past when getting things done. I love the branch manger Tiffany as well
Tried to open an account online, but the experience was terrible. So, I was advised to go into the nearest branch which for me was the location in the Medical Mall on Woodrow Wilson. When I got there, I provided all requested identification as I completed another application. Avoid them at all costs. They are not business friendly high interest rates the hidden fees are endless. They charge business accounts for using business debit cards more than five (5) times; they won't allow the mandatory account balances to be used to avoid insufficient fund fees so they can charge you insufficient fund fees on purpose and the in person wait for service is like being in line at a DMV. I’ve been with this bank for years and had no problems until now. I no longer stay in a state that has Hope CU so I call to close my case before they overdraft it the lady tell me they don’t do over drafts unless it’s over a $100 and that changed in January of 2024 I knew she was lying she just didn’t want to help me with how I can pay the $13 that was overdraft. I'm glad this is no longer my primary way of banking..They are so slow with technical support and getting any change of information completed. It's really a hassle in today's time to be so behind on technical issues. I gave two stars because they'll answer the phone but the agents are not very knowledgeable on how to resolve technical support issues. It's truly frustrating.. In response to the owner.
