I’ve been with this bank for years and had no problems until now. I no longer stay in a state that has Hope CU so I call to close my case before they overdraft it the lady tell me they don’t do over drafts unless it’s over a $100 and that changed in January of 2024 I knew she was lying she just didn’t want to help me with how I can pay the $13 that was overdraft. I found away and called back to close the account and the young lady sent it to me by email, I sent it back now fast forward to today, I called to close my daughter... read more
I'm glad this is no longer my primary way of banking..They are so slow with technical support and getting any change of information completed. It's really a hassle in today's time to be so behind on technical issues. I gave two stars because they'll answer the phone but the agents are not very knowledgeable on how to resolve technical support issues. It's truly frustrating.. In response to the owner.
