I can't not believe how poorly we were treated at this office. All a good parent wants to do is learn more about how they can help their child. But this counselor ( wasnt sure of her title Or name since she never introduced herself) was so heartless. Now I learned her name is Christine. This woman refused my son(10yrs old) service when she came out to get him and I politely grab my purse to follow them back. She turns around and said "you" can have a seat and wait.
