Called multiple times two days in a row, phone goes unanswered, dumps to a voicemail that hasn’t been set up. Visited in person and told by the receptionist that they’re “having interim employee issues”. Had a VA Community Care referral here a week ago, had not been contacted by anyone at Hope. When I asked about it, was told “I’ll have to send some emails and inquire”. Left immediately, called VA, had my referral transferred elsewhere.
I had a good experience here with the therapist Jamie. She was very kind and helpful. I would recommend Jamie for any couples who need a little support and someone to talk to. Jamie helped us find solutions to our problems. The front desk staff was very kind and courteous as well.
I received great service here. The staff are very nice and do what they can to meet your needs. I am very pleased with the process!
Would not recommend this place to anyone. My daughter had been a patient here and was going through traumatic experience and they refused to see her nor even call me back. They don’t have their patients well being in mind at all
