I had a good experience here with the therapist Jamie. She was very kind and helpful. I would recommend Jamie for any couples who need a little support and someone to talk to. Jamie helped us find solutions to our problems. The front desk staff was very kind and courteous as well.
I received great service here. The staff are very nice and do what they can to meet your needs. I am very pleased with the process!
Would not recommend this place to anyone. My daughter had been a patient here and was going through traumatic experience and they refused to see her nor even call me back. They don’t have their patients well being in mind at all
Both of the counselors I have seen were professional and kind. They were willing to listen to my issues and come up with personalized plan that worked for me and my family. I highly recommend this place.
I would not recommend Hope Connections. They have been a nightmare to work with. They refused to give me information I had rights to. The counselor, Crystal, is easily manipulated by liars and bribery. I would not recommend this place for counseling whatsoever.
