Was only seeing Dr. Gabbi 3 weeks and she had me on meds and things were going well except for sleep. We tried 3 sleep meds and none worked. Tried asking for a 3rd and I was told that she could no longer treat me or refill me medications and she recommended me going to a mental health facility. After 3 weeks and 3 medicines?! Now I’m having withdrawls and side effects from abruptly having to stop my meds. Terrible experience and I’m now I’m all out of options.
The name ‘Hope Clinic’ feels deeply ironic. I came in asking for help and left feeling humiliated, interrogated, and worse than when I arrived… do not come here seeking mental health help. I beg you.
We are so blessed to have Emily Dunn serving our community. She is thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I have seen her for years and she always meets me where I am with kindness. The office and medical assistants are also very professional. Thank you ladies, for all you are doing.
Highly unprofessional office— difficult to get ahold of, receptionists are not very friendly, and no one really seems to know what they’re doing. Once you’re in the room with the provider it’s fine. But getting refill requests sent back to the pharmacy is like pulling teeth. They have to be hounded by the pharmacy AND the patient, or they don’t send it over at all. They will sometimes take hours to send scripts to the pharmacy after a visit and when you call to let them know you’re at the store waiting for it, they say, “Wel... read more
