I was called for a longterm study on migraines. My appointment was 2:30 pm. They were quite rude. She had a tizzy fit that I had a slice of toast and coffee 8 hours prior. I said nobody is going from dinner time the prior day to 2:30 pm the following day. I did as asked and fasted 8 hours. This location is just okay in my opinion. If you go, make sure you have time. Most of my appointments took 2 hours or longer. I luckily didn't have any issues with payments, but reaching out to anyone seemed nearly impossible. Whenever I had questions or concerns, no one picked up the phone or responded to the voice mails I left. As a newly licensed phlebotomist, I feel as though some people who drew my blood didn't always practice adequate technique. I often left with a bruise at the draw area. They are good people. Treat the trials as a business but this client/ patient with dignity, kindness fairness and compassion.

Today, I had a pre screening, I was told by the nurse that I would be waiting 15 minutes and it was one hour later that she showed up, they gave me a payment card and they were supposed to compensate me 25.00 but they are now closed and they forgot or choose not to process the compensation, I did associate with this office 2 years ago and they were on point and I could always trust that any compensation that I was too receive I did, but this seems to be a different group of people, and they should care about processing compe... read more
