When I lost my fulltime job, I lost my health benefits so I had to turn to HOPE Clinic. I truly wanted to support Hope Clinic because they provide services for uninsured and underinsured patients, which is greatly needed in the community. However, my experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning. Not to mention it took me 3 weeks to even get an appointment. I was seen over two weeks ago, paid my co-pay, had blood work completed, and still have not had anyone contact me to review my lab results. I'm my own health... read more
THE ABSOLUTE WORST DOCTOR/CLINIC. Good luck getting your refills because the doctor will never respond & the ones who answer the phone have an attitude. I TAKE INSULIN FOR T1D and they act like it’s optional to take insulin.
I would say far away from this place from the moment you walk in every single person that works there is the most unhealthy person I've ever seen in my life there was no hope when you walk in there it smells like doo doo dirt and grime everywhere looks like a staph infection waiting to happen. Not sure how you can be in the medical field and not be healthier yourself. Or at least represent yourself in a professional manner rather than looking homeless.
My mom went here for a check up all they do is disrespect you and be rude to you…would not recommend coming here
