This place is a joke. They give you QR codes to scan and beg you to leave reviews. I saw the owner argue with a patient and question her till she cried in the waiting room. Such a nasty thing to watch. Shame on this place.
Always greeted with a smile and warmth when we walk in. Our granddaughter has a fantastic counselor who has helped work through quite a bit of childhood trauma she endured with her mom. Recommend 100%.
I bring my brothers kids here for therapy, and we absolutely love Jami who greets us at check in!! She always calls us by name and is friendly and organized!!
Hope Counseling is wonderful and inviting. They keep a peaceful environment and make sure everything is kept confidential. My son sees Shannon and he absolutely loves her! He looks forward to seeing her every week and we have seen improvement in him.
We are so grateful for the care and support our 20 year-old daughter has received at HOPE. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed, understood, and supported.
